We want to officially welcome Josh Mace to the family! Josh has had the opportunity to play throughout the area with such acts as Chasing Eden, Life Community Church, & various other projects and fill-ins! Josh is currently killing one of our kits with his most recent band Sumerlin. Definitely check them out and send them some love!

We have changed a few things to our pricing, which means one thing: SIMPLE! Take a look over at our Pricing page to see what we are talking about! We have changed everything to one type drum, one type price! Depth & diameter no longer a factor. Simple and easy for everyone, that’s how we like it!
Also note, we have added a Shows page. Check it out for all upcoming shows and events where Anchor Drums will be involved! You can see, hear, and if you ask them nicely, possibly even touch! Seriously though, check out the upcoming shows and head out to support the bands if you are close to the venue! Everyone out there can use one hand clapping against another!

Thought we would send out a quick update to let everyone know how things were going. Just wanted to say thanks for all the support and kinds words we have gotten so far. It has been a blessing and helps keep us pushing along!
It has been a busy first month and February looks to be just as solid! We have four new snares currently coming together and a TON of interested drummers looking to jump on as well! So, lot’s of excitement going around! We have a handful of things we may be changing up soon, so keep an eye out for that. More news as it get’s closer! Happy New Year to all! Things are starting off with a bang for us, which is great! A few new orders have already come in and underway. Some cool things on the horizon, so we are excited to see how things progress!

We just want to wish everyone a Safe and Happy Holiday season! I guess we can also wish an early happy New Years as well! We are very excited about the upcoming year and have lot’s of cool things in store! New orders are coming in, new drums being built, and things are growing! Excitement in the air!

Just finished up some new snare drums. Take a look! Current projects include two new kits, a snare, and a Cajon!! Excitement in the air! Also, we have been looking into doing a “Trade-In” program. This would allow you to trade in your current kit, old junk kits, cymbals, hardware, and even guitar equipment towards a new snare or kit. We are still working out the details to make it an easy and fun process for all! If you are interested in this option, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to chat with you about it!

Sorry for the lack of updates, things have been moving slowly, but they are moving! New builds are being finished up as we speak! Three new snares and a couple of kits are also in the works! We will be posting up new photos as soon as they are ready!
Other things to keep in mind, we have been strictly using Ego Tube Lugs for everything up to this point. But, after hours and weeks of debating, we are adding a second line to the Anchor family. We will now be using Radio King style Beavertail Lugs as a second option for kits. For snare drums, you can do a split lug design, or a bridge lug design. Both look great!
We came to this decision due to a couple of factors. One, we realize not everyone loves tube lugs, so this gives a split lug design that still has a very vintage feel. Plus, this will open the doors for those that have their heart set on off set lugs. We get a lot of requests for that here lately! Secondly, for the Tube Lugs there is a minimum 2-2.5 month wait time. So, for those that don’t want to tack on the extra wait time, you have the Beavertail option.
